SOSIALISASI CARA PENGAJUAN SPP-IRT DAN SERTIFIKASI HALAL KEPADA UMKM PENGOLAHAN PANGAN

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing produk UMKM, pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan serta mengembangkan beberapa standar sertifikasi yang harus dilengkapi oleh pelaku usaha. Salah satunya adalah Sertifikat Produksi Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT). Sertifikasi ini merupakan cara untuk kesadaran UMKM dalam Cara Pengolahan Baik (CPPB-IRT). Penduduk mayoritas muslim, sehingga konsumen juga berhak mendapatkan jaminan halal dari dikonsumsinya. Oleh karena itu produk-produk pangan beredar di memiliki halal. Program bertujuan pengetahuan peserta tentang tata pengajuan persyaratan SPP-IRT sertifikat halal, agar tersebut lebih terjamin luas pemasarannya. Sasaran program pemilik pengolahan belum ijin edar (SPP-IRT) Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan blended activity, sebagian kegiatan dengan menggunakan media komunikasi online seperti Trello, Whatsapp, Zoom Meeting, dikombinasikan secara tatap muka langsung pada saat survey.
